Do you know sheet metal machining? Today we will analyze it specifically for you, hoping it will help you.

1. Precision sheet metal machining requires precision

The development speed of the machinery industry is getting faster and faster. In many aspects, such as the current sheet metal machining, the handling of details as well as sheet metal machining equipment is very important. With good equipment, the processing efficiency will be improved a lot, which is good news for many people. After all, the workmanship and application of sheet metal machining are in daily life, or on some CNC sheet metal, the precision requirements of which are relatively high.

High precision requirements indicate that the quality requirements are also high. However, these basic requirements are reasons why the current cooperate with customers. After all, a factory should start from the basics if it wants a promising future.

2. The methods to improve the accuracy of sheet metal machining

In sheet metal processing, errors will inevitably occur. If you want to ensure work efficiency, reduce material waste, and reduce labor force, you should ensure and improve processing accuracy.

(1). The original error reduction method

During production, if errors are found, the main factors affecting sheet metal machining errors should be found first, and then ways to eliminate or reduce these factors should be figured out. For example, when parts with surfaces are being processed, the shape error of the forming tool and the installation error of the tool are needed to be reduced most.

(2). The original error compensation method

A new error is artificially created to offset the original error in the sheet metal machining technology system. When the original error is negative, the artificial error is taken as a positive value, otherwise, a negative value is taken, and the two are as equal as possible.

(3). The original error transfer method

Under certain conditions, the original error of the process system can be transferred to the non-sensitive direction of sheet metal machining error, or other aspects that do not affect the accuracy of sheet metal machining.

For example: When the accuracy of the machine tool does not meet the requirements of parts processing, you can work it out from the technology or fixture to create conditions to transfer the geometric error of the machine tool to the aspect that does not affect the accuracy of sheet metal machining.

(4). The original error equalization method

If the positioning error is large, the method of differentiating some of the original errors can be used, that is, the original error is divided into n groups according to its size, and the blank error range of each group is reduced to 1/n of the original, and then the sheet metal machining is adjusted according to each group.
