Four-column Hydraulic Press constitutes the primary cause of mechanical damage

  • 1. When the hydraulic pump of the four-column hydraulic press works, there is mechanical resistance between the relative moving parts between the bearing and the shaft, between the shaft and the seal, and between the vane and the inner wall of the pump, and the resistance to knocking will be lost. This loss is related to the output pressure of the hydraulic pump of the four-column hydraulic press. The higher the output pressure of the four-column hydraulic press, the greater the loss of resistance.
  • 2. When the four-column hydraulic oil moves in the pump, viscous resistance occurs due to the viscosity of the liquid, and it also constitutes a mechanical loss. This loss is related to the viscosity of the oil and the speed of the pump. The more viscous the oil, the higher the speed of the four-column hydraulic pump, the greater the mechanical loss.
