Cushioning effect of hydraulic cylinder of four-column Hydraulic Press
In the hydraulic cylinder of a four-column hydraulic press, the cushioning effect is also an important indicator of the quality of the hydraulic cylinder. Especially for high-quality, high-speed motion high-pressure hydraulic cylinders, the buffering problem is very important.
The hydraulic cylinder of the four-column hydraulic press has different cushioning effects when there is no load and when there is no load. In the four-column hydraulic press buffer test, the elbow is usually used to move the hydraulic cylinder at the highest speed under no-load conditions.
Because the effective working area of the plug and the buffer column is very different, when the hydraulic cylinder of the four-column hydraulic press buffers the plunger; when entering the buffer chamber, the pressure in the buffer chamber suddenly rises, so the hydraulic pressure during the test is 50% of the rated working pressure. Therefore, it may cause damage to the hydraulic cylinder parts of the four-column hydraulic machine or other abnormalities.
