Constant pressure overflow effect: in the saving conditioning system of quantitative pump, the quantitative pump supplies a stable flow. When the system pressure increases, the flow demand decreases. At this moment, the overflow valve of the oil press is open to overflow the remaining flow back to the oil tank to ensure that the inlet pressure of the overflow valve of the oil press, that is, the pump outlet pressure, is stable (the valve port is often opened with the pressure).
Safety maintenance effect: when the system operates normally, the valve is closed. As long as the load exceeds the regular limit (the system pressure exceeds the set pressure), open the overflow and carry out overload maintenance so that the system pressure will not be added (generally, the set pressure of the overflow valve of the oil press is 10% ~ 20% higher than the maximum operating pressure of the system).
System unloading effect: the solenoid valve with small overflow flow is connected in series at the remote control port of the overflow valve of the oil press. When the solenoid iron is energized, the remote control port of the overflow valve of the oil press is connected to the oil tank, and the hydraulic pump is unloaded at the moment. The overflow valve of the oil press is now used as a unloading valve.
Pressure stabilizing effect: the overflow valve of the hydraulic press is connected in series on the oil return road, the overflow valve of the hydraulic press has back pressure, and the stability of moving parts is added.
In practical application, it is generally used as unloading valve, long-distance pressure regulating valve, high and low pressure multi-stage control valve and sequence valve to generate back pressure (in series on the oil return road).
The overflow valve of hydraulic press generally has two structures: 1. The overflow valve of direct acting hydraulic press. 2. Overflow valve of pilot oil press.
The primary requirements for the overflow valve of oil press: large pressure regulation scale, small pressure regulation error, small pressure swing, sensitive action, large overload capacity and low noise.
