The part where air enters the hydraulic system of the four-column hydraulic machine is generally at the joints of the oil tank and the suction pipe of the hydraulic pump. At this time, check whether the oil in the four-column hydraulic machine oil tank is sufficient; whether the suction pipe has sufficient suction depth; whether there is vortex around it ; Whether the oil is deteriorated and foamy, in order to determine the replacement or replenishment of the oil. The joints need to be tightened, and the seals of the four-column hydraulic machine must be replaced if they are damaged to prevent leakage.
The machine stops working; after a period of time, before working, you should open the exhaust valve and adjust the four-column hydraulic machine table to go to the maximum stroke to discharge the gas.
