The function of the decompression circuit is to obtain a stable pressure lower than the working pressure of the main oil circuit in a hydraulic system with a single pump oil supply. For example, the working pressure of the auxiliary action circuit, the control oil circuit and the lubricating oil circuit is usually lower than the working pressure of the oil injection circuit.
The common pressure reducing circuit is generally connected in series with a pressure reducing valve on the branch in parallel with the main oil circuit, so that this branch can obtain a lower stable pressure. The working pressure of the main oil circuit is adjusted by a separately set overflow valve; the pressure of the branch circuit is adjusted by a pressure reducing valve, and the pressure adjustment range of the pressure reducing valve is 0.5mpa and the overflow valve on the main oil circuit is adjusted Between the pressures. At the same time, a one-way valve is installed on the branch, its function is to prevent the back flow of oil if the pressure of the main oil circuit drops (below the adjustment pressure of the pressure reducing valve). It should be noted that when the working pressure on the branch is lower than the adjustment pressure of the pressure reducing valve, the pressure reducing valve does not have a pressure reducing effect and is in a normally open state.
Due to the pressure loss of the valve port and the volume loss caused by leakage when the pressure reducing valve is working, there is always a certain power loss in the pressure reducing circuit. Therefore, the pressure reducing circuit should not be used in the large flow circuit, but the auxiliary pump should be used for low pressure oil supply.
