No repairs under power: When the live equipment is overhauled, or when it is necessary to enter the equipment for maintenance and cleaning, the power must be cut off first, and the warning sign “under maintenance, no closing” should be hung to prevent the moving parts from starting or causing electric shock accidents.
- 2. No repair under pressure: When the equipment is overhauled, in addition to power failure, pressure must be used to drive or remove pressure vessels before operation can be performed.
- 3. No repairs for high temperature or cold: When there is a high temperature or too cold area on the equipment, it must be restored to normal temperature before repairing to prevent burns or frostbite.
- 4. No repair without special tools: During maintenance, disassembly, and assembly, the original special tools must be used to prevent damage to the equipment or damage caused by tools flying out.
When removing the nozzle of the injection molding machine, you must use your own tools. It is strictly forbidden to install a sleeve on the tool or remove it with the aid of a crane.

- 1. No interlock protection outage: On equipment with greater risk, equipment that is not installed with two or more safety protection devices must be out of service! These devices ensure that our limbs will not touch the dangerous parts of the equipment, so the installation must be standardized, and it is strictly forbidden to remove or shield it without permission!such as the safety door mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic limit interlock switch of the injection molding machine, the side protection net opening interlock of the punch press, the photoelectric protection switch, the two-hand synchronization button and other protective devices.
- 2. Disable non-grounding leakage protection: stop using the electrical equipment whose shell is not grounded or not installed with leakage protection switch that meets the requirements!
- The shell of the coating drying box for electrical equipment used in production should be grounded, and a leakage protection switch should be installed.
- 3, no pre-job training out of service: equipment employees, technicians, and management personnel with greater operational risks must stop using them if they have not undergone safety training or passed the assessment before taking the job.For example, employees, technicians, and management personnel who operate punch presses, injection molding machines, die-casting machines and other equipment must undergo some pre-job training and pass the assessment.
- 4. Shutdown without safe operation procedures: The equipment shall be stopped using the safe operation procedures for what should be done, what must be done, and what is forbidden before starting, during, and after the operation.
