1. How often should the hydraulic oil of hydraulic CNC machine tools be replaced?
The hydraulic oil of the hydraulic CNC punch press should be replaced every six months. On the premise that the hydraulic CNC machine tool can operate normally, we have to do a systematic inspection of the fuselage in half a year. This includes the inspection of the hydraulic system, the inspection of the X-axis, and a thorough cleaning of the hydraulic oil before replacement.
2.What are the precautions when replacing the hydraulic oil of a hydraulic CNC punch press
- 1. When replacing hydraulic oil, draw out all the remaining hydraulic oil in the oil tank before filling it with new hydraulic oil. Since the remaining hydraulic oil in the oil tank is old oil, it may have deteriorated. If it is directly filled with new oil without drawing it out, the quality of the new oil may be affected.
- 2. Clean the oil filter of the machine thoroughly before replacing the hydraulic oil. The oil filter may be blocked during the use of the machine, so the oil filter must be thoroughly cleaned.
- 3. When adding hydraulic oil, it should not be poured directly into the oil tank. It should be filtered through a filter before adding it.
